By using ArrivoBuddy, you agree to these terms. They are written in everyday English so you can actually read them. Where a term has a precise legal meaning, we explain it briefly.
Your agreement
These terms form a contract between you and [legal entity name to be added before launch], the operator of ArrivoBuddy. By creating an account, submitting a form, or buying Premium, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
ArrivoBuddy is an information service. It helps you organize information about studying in Italy. It is not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. It does not promise admission, scholarship, or visa outcomes. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to register, or have a parent or guardian register on your behalf.
- You agree to give us accurate information and to keep your account password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the site’s content for commercial use.
- Use the site to send spam, harass other users, or upload illegal content.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility.
- Attempt to access another user’s data, payment, or progress.
No warranty on outcomes
ArrivoBuddy is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we make no warranty that the information on the site is current, accurate, or fit for your particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant any specific outcome including admission, scholarship, visa approval, accommodation, or employment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid ArrivoBuddy in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of admission opportunity, loss of visa appointment, missed deadlines, or loss of scholarship eligibility.
Your responsibilities
You take full responsibility for your applications, your documents, your visa interview, and your travel arrangements. You agree that ArrivoBuddy is one of several sources you will consult, and that the final decision on every step rests with you. You agree to verify the latest official requirements before acting on any guidance presented on the site.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@arrivobuddy.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we have reason to believe is fraudulent, or that has been inactive for an extended period.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot resolve directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [city to be confirmed before launch]. Indian consumer protection laws apply to consumer users; nothing in these terms reduces a right that Indian consumer law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
