ERSU 2026/27 scholarship winners/eligible students are exempt from the contribution; partial awards are proportionate. The regional-tax exemption is separately governed by section 8.3 and the ERSU call. Documented disability, specified government/university awards, protection status and other listed cases have conditions. Even total-fee-exempt students pay the €16 stamp. Benefit receipt and individual eligibility are not guaranteed by nationality.
